MSPORTS Yoga block – The Msports yoga block is suitable for professional studio and course areas as well as for yoga training at home. The yoga block serves as an aid for yoga exercises. The material is gentle on joints, at the same time also robust and therefore suitable for use in yoga exercises.
Premium quality – The yoga block with durable texture is made of comfortable and non-slip synthetic rubber (NBR) material. The high-quality and environmentally friendly rubber contains no plasticisers and is therefore physiologically harmless, hygienically flawless, odourless, skin-friendly and robust.
Aid for yoga exercises – as an aid it is wonderful for yoga exercises when flexibility is not enough, for example with Trikonasana, the triangle. If you are not yet so flexible that you can place your hand on the floor next to the foot, you can place the block, either upright or flat on the floor and support yourself with your hand on it.
